Yes, beginners are very welcome. We provide careful instruction from the basics. We accept visitors and trial participants at any time, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. Do I need equipment?
At first, comfortable clothing is all you need. We will lend you equipment at the dojo. You can gradually acquire your own after joining.
Q. Is there an age limit?
There is no specific age limit. People of all ages, from children to adults, participate in our training.
